Africa with the Rhinory
This 10 day itinerary is the perfect combination of wildlife viewing, culture, and natural wonders. Be treated to every imaginable wildlife sighting on twice daily game drives led by the most passionate and knowledgeable guides, all while staying in unmatched style on an intimate river cruise boat, and in two beautiful hotels, all of which offer exceptional amenities, service and cuisine.

Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive in Cape Town
Check into your hotel and prepare for the welcome reception.
Day 2
Cape Town
Enjoy a full day tour of the Cape of Good Hope, located in the nature reserve within Table Mountain National Park, which forms part of the Cape Floral Region, a World Heritage Site. You’ll also visit Boulders Beach, home to thousands of African penguins.
Day 3
Cape Town
Take a cableway up to Table Mountain for spectacular views, followed by a trip to the Cape Winelands for a visit to two of its best vineyards, complete with wine tasting. A sumptuous lunch will be included along the way.
Day 4
Victoria Falls
Board a flight to Victoria Falls where you'll be taken to a tender boat that will take you to your ship, moored on the Namibia side of the river. Settle into your stateroom, enjoy a mid-afternoon snack, and in the evening, be treated to a Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner
Day 5
Chobe National Park
Enjoy a morning boat safari on the Chobe River for diverse game viewing. Return to the ship for lunch and a little relaxation before heading out on another boat safari.
Day 6
Chobe National Park
Today's safari of Chobe National Park is in an open-top 4x4 vehicle. Be on the lookout for elephants, giraffe, zebra, cape buffaloes, and rhinos. Prides of lions, hyenas and (more rarely) cheetahs could be encountered along the way. Lunch is a scenic picnic!
Day 7
African Village & Safari
Visit a typical African village and spend time with its children and elders. Lunch will be served on the ship, with the option of a boat safari, bird watching or fishing afterwards. Your last evening aboard will be celebrated with a special African dinner, hosted by the crew.
Day 8
Victoria Falls
Enjoy a morning cruise during breakfast, followed by a transfer to Victoria Falls, where you can explore town or take an optional helicopter ride over the falls. Evening brings a vintage steam train ride with cocktails and appetizers.
Day 9
Victoria Falls
Take a tour of Victoria Falls with a local guide, followed by a private sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Tapas and drinks will be served, followed by a special dinner and local entertainment at the hotel.
Day 10
Departure Day
Take a transfer to the airport to return home, or continue onto your trip extension.

Rwanda
Extend your trip and visit Rwanda. Experience unimaginable beauty with the magnificent Volcanoes National Park, where you can trek through the landscape to view the rare Mountain Gorillas and Golden Monkeys on an epic adventure.
Trip Extension - Option 2
Lapalala Lodge
The Tintswalo Lapalala lodge is a beautiful tented, eco-friendly camp which is completely off the grid, and solely run by solar power. They are involved in a number of conservation projects, which you can read about here.
The Ship & Other Accommodations
Your ship is designed specifically for wildlife viewing. An intimate 28-passenger river cruise ship made her debut in one of the world’s most captivating places, Africa’s legendary Chobe River. As she drifts along the river, animals perceive no threat, affording you with once-in-a-lifetime up-close game experiences.
Additionally, to ensure no harm to the environment, the eco-friendly Zambezi Queen uses a water jet propulsion system, fuel-efficient and low-emission generators, and a solar heating system.
An enclosed, air-conditioned dining room, lounge and bar grace the top deck, as well as an open-air Sun Deck complete with plunge pool. Suites feature private balconies where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the river and African landscape.
Throughout the day, you'll be treated to complimentary South African wines, beer, local spirits, soft drinks and bottled water. And on one special night, enjoy an African-themed dinner with traditional dishes and entertainment.

Planning and reservation of all itinerary elements, including flights (group and individual), accommodations, custom tours and experiences, and trip extensions for your group. I also offer marketing support, custom forms, and live documents for hosts.

Trip Organization
& Communication
Each traveler will receive a custom, cobranded digital itinerary with all the details of the trip, including live flight status alerts. The itinerary is available online, via an app, and offline. There is also a group chat feature that the host can send messages through.

I am available to answer questions, handle special requests, and take care of any issues that may arise before, during, and after travel.
