I was fortunate to have parents that saw the importance of travel.  As a child, my parents took me and my siblings to Puerto Rico (where I was born) yearly, on cruises, trips to Walt Disney World, and cross country in 24 foot Shasta.  But I REALLY caught the travel bug on my first trip to Paris while in high school.

I am now a wife and mom of two, with a family of my own that loves to travel!  Our marriage started with a destination wedding and continues to be full of fabulous adventures!  We start discussing our next trip before returning home from the one we are on.

Travel allows us to bond with each other while we experience other cultures, try new things, stand where history was made, and make amazing memories.  It can also teach us to slow down and be present, to keep an open mind, and to appreciate what we have.
